  1)SH/T 3164-2021石油化工儀表系統(tǒng)防雷設(shè)計規(guī)范10.2.10 金屬電纜槽板之間的連接件應(yīng)采用少兩組帶有防松墊片的鍍鋅鋼螺栓直接壓接,實(shí)現(xiàn)導(dǎo)電連接,或采用壓接鍍錫銅連接片的絕緣多股銅線跨接,銅線截面積應(yīng)≥4.0mm2。6.5.1 接地導(dǎo)線應(yīng)采用壓接方式;導(dǎo)線端應(yīng)采用銅或鍍錫銅連接片壓接,所有采用壓接方式的連接點(diǎn)均應(yīng)采用帶有防松墊片的鍍鋅鋼螺栓壓緊固定,實(shí)現(xiàn)導(dǎo)電連接。同一壓接點(diǎn)的壓接導(dǎo)線不應(yīng)多于兩條。

  2)SH/T 3569-2020 石油化工電纜橋架施工及驗收規(guī)范8.2.3 鍍鋅電纜橋架間連接板的兩端可不作接地跨接,墊圈的連接固定螺栓。但連接板每端應(yīng)不少于2個有防松螺帽或防松墊圈的連接固定螺栓。8.2.4 不銹鋼和鋁合金材質(zhì)的電纜橋架連接處應(yīng)使用專用的接地螺栓孔進(jìn)行接地跨接,不應(yīng)采用橋架連接板固定螺栓孔,跨接導(dǎo)線的截面積應(yīng)符合設(shè)計文件要。

  2) SH/T 3569-2020 Construction and Acceptance Specification for Petrochemical Cable Trays 8.2.3 The two ends of the connecting plate between galvanized cable trays may not need to be grounded and the fixing bolts for the gasket connection. But each end of the connecting plate should have at least 2 fixing bolts with anti loosening nuts or anti loosening washers. 8.2.4 Special grounding bolt holes should be used for grounding bridging at the connection points of stainless steel and aluminum alloy cable trays. Cable tray connection plates should not be used to fix bolt holes, and the cross-sectional area of the bridging wires should comply with the design documents.

  3)GB 50169-2016 電氣裝置安裝工程接地裝置施工及驗收規(guī)范4.3.9 金屬電纜橋架的接地應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:1 宜在電纜橋架的支吊架上焊接螺栓,和電纜橋架主體采用兩端壓接銅鼻子的銅絞線跨接,跨接線小截面積不應(yīng)小4mm2。2 電纜橋架的鍍缽支吊架和鍍辭電纜橋架之間無跨接地線時,其間的連接處應(yīng)有不少于2個帶有防松螺帽或防松墊圈的螺栓固定。

  3) GB 50169-2016 Code for Construction and Acceptance of Grounding Devices in Electrical Equipment Installation Engineering 4.3.9 The grounding of metal cable trays should comply with the following regulations: 1. It is recommended to weld bolts on the supports and hangers of cable trays, and use copper stranded wires with copper noses pressed at both ends to cross the cable tray body. The minimum cross-sectional area of the cross wire should not be less than 4mm2. When there is no grounding wire between the plating bowl support hanger of the cable tray and the plating groove cable tray, there should be no less than 2 bolts with anti loosening nuts or anti loosening washers fixed at the connection between them.
